Course Outline:
This event is designed for company personnel requiring an understanding of the Migration Agreement options available when employing and managing overseas workers in Australia.
Course also covers the practical aspects in respect to Agreement criteria, regulations, policy, obligations, risk, compliance and the level of corporate governance required for organisations who sponsor or, are considering sponsorship of employees from the international marketplace.
